At the Městské Sály restaurant, we are based on a simple principle – to cook honestly, from fresh ingredients and with respect for their natural taste. Every day we prepare dishes for you from high-quality seasonal products, which come mainly from local farmers, growers and breeders. Meat, cheeses and vegetables come to us in the highest quality and are complemented on the plate by fresh herbs from our own garden.
Our kitchen is equipped with modern gastro technology, which allows us to prepare dishes healthily, gently and with maximum preservation of their nutritional values. Freshness and honesty are the values on which we are based.
We are proud that you can taste genuine Krušovice tank beer with us. This method of tapping is the most reliable way to offer guests beer in its most delicious and freshest form. Tank beer is unpasteurized, tapped without air access and kept at a constant temperature of around 8 °C in our cooling box. You can find our stainless steel tanks right in the restaurant area by the tap.
In addition to the tank eleven, we also regularly offer a wide selection of seasonal beer specials, which perfectly complement our cuisine.
In the summer months, you can enjoy sitting on our spacious and pleasant summer terrace, where we prepare grilled specialties for you. The terrace can accommodate up to 200 guests and is divided into open seating and a covered part under a massive pergola. You will also find a separate tap with tank beer, so you can enjoy fresh beer outdoors.
We also thought of our youngest visitors — the terrace includes a children's corner with swings, a sandbox and a slide, where they can have fun safely.
Sitting in the fresh air is simply priceless.
